Recovery Studio
Finnish Sauna

Our uniquely designed Finnish sauna reaches a temperature, typically between 70°C and 100°C, providing a dry heat environment. It promotes detoxification through sweating and enhances muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation. Make yourself comfortable in the distinctive and one-of-a-kind landscape of our sauna and spend 10 to 20 minutes inside.
Please take a quick shower before entering the sauna. Remember to stay hydrated and drink enough water.
You can either just book a Sauna session or use the sauna complementary with each visit when booking one of the other sessions as the Cold Plunge or Recovery Boots (not valid for bookings through Classpass).
Infrared Sauna
Our infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit light that is absorbed by your skin, heating your body directly rather than warming the air around you. The temperature is lower than in our Finnish sauna, ranging from 45°C to 60°C, providing a gentle, comfortable heat. We recommend a stay of either 25 or 50 minutes.
Cold Plunge

Immerse yourself into our 4°C Japanese bathtubs that are designed to complement your recovery and wellness routines. Cold exposure helps stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle recovery after physical activity. Incorporating cold plunges into your routine can boost your immune system and will leave you feeling invigorated and awake. Discover the revitalizing effects by booking a short breathwork meditation powered by Meditopia followed by the plunge into the cold for up to 6 minutes and experience how this will elevate your day.
Recovery Boots
Experience the benefits of our advanced recovery boots, designed to enhance your post-exercise recovery and overall wellbeing. These high-tech compression boots help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery. Put on the boots and adjust them for a snug, comfortable fit. Set the desired compression level and relax for 30 - 60 minutes. Integrate our recovery boots into your routine to boost your recovery process and maintain peak performance.
Brazilian Lymphatic Massage

Experience the rejuvenating power of Brazilian lymphatic drainage massages, now available at our recovery studio with Mirian. This specialized technique promotes detoxification, reduces fluid retention, and leaves you feeling lighter and revitalized. With a background in classical ballet, Lina emphasizes on proper technique and posture to achieve the best results. A Barre workout improves posture, flexibility, and core stability. While inspired by ballet, no prior experience is needed.

Our high-intensity, low-impact lunch class is a 50-minute, non-stop fat-burning workout—no jumping required! Sculpt Session
Our Sculpt class incorporates resistance bands and light to medium weights for an intense, targeted workout. Led by Mirian from Brazil, these sessions are designed to challenge your muscles and keep your heart rate up with minimal breaks.
